Step #1

Register on iskolar.laguna.gov.ph website. You need a Registration Code to finish the form which you may get from your Iskolar Examination Account (iskolar-exam.laguna.gov.ph).

Mag-rehistro sa iskolar.laguna.gov.ph website. Kailangan ang Registration Code upang matapos ang form ng pag-rehistro at maaari itong makuha sa inyong Iskolar Examination Account (iskolar-exam.laguna.gov.ph).

Step #2

Fill up the scholar profile and upload the CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES of the documents required in PDF file. To be verified by the GO-Admin Office.

Magfill-up ng scholar profile at i-upload ang mga CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES ng mga kinakailangang dokumento na naka-PDF. Ang mga datos na ito ay dadaan pa sa beripikasyon ng GO-Admin Office.

Step #3

Upon verification of the encoded and uploaded data/attachments, the scholar shall receive a notification through the e-mail or contact number they provided. If all requirements are valid, the scholar can now download their application form.

Matapos ma-beripika na wasto ang mga datos at mga dokumento, ipapa-alam na ito sa iskolar sa pamamagitan ng e-mail address o contact number na inilagay ng iskolar sa kanyang profile. Maari nang i-download ng iskolar ang kanyang Application Form kung natiyak na wasto ang mga dokumento.

Step #4

Print the Accomplished Application Form in 8.5”x13” paper. The scholars and their parents must affix their signatures at the bottom part of the Application Form.

I-print ang iyong “Accomplished Application Form” sa 8.5”x13” na papel. Dapat siguraduhin ng iskolar at ng kanilang magulang na makapirma sa ibabang bahagi ng Application Form.

Step #5

Upload a scanned copy of Application Form directly to the system with the required signatures. Wait for verification.

I-upload sa system ang scanned copy ng Application Form na may mga lagda. Maghintay ng beripikasyon.

Step #6

Once the Accomplished Application Form is verified, the scholar may now download the Certification / Pagpapatunay with Claim Code, which shall be used to claim the scholar financial grants.

Kapag ang Accomplished Application Form ay naberipika na, maaari nang i-download ng Iskolar ang kanyang Certification / Pagpapatunay with Claim Code na siyang gagamitin upang makakuha ng scholarship grant.

Step #7

Wait for the announcement on the dates of release of the financial grants. This shall be announced on the following Facebook accounts/pages. Make sure to stand by for all relative advisories thru your e-mail address.

Mag-intay ng anunsyo para sa mga petsa ng pagkuha ng tulong pinansyal. Antabayanan sa mga sumusunod na Facebook accounts/pages para sa mga anunsyo ukol ditto. Siguraduhing mag-antabay sa lahat ng abiso/anunsyo sa pamamagitan ng inyong e-mail.

Step #8

The scholar must submit the following documents on the day of the release of grants.

Mangyaring i-submit ng iskolar ang mga sumusunod na dokumento sa araw ng pagkuha ng scholarship grants.

2nd Semester 2024 - 2025:

  • Original/Certified True Copy of Registration Form (2nd Semester/2nd Term, SY 2024 – 2025)
  • Voter's ID/Certificate of Parent/Guardian
  • Voter's ID/Certificate of Scholar
  • Original/Certified True Copy of Grades (1st Term / 1st Semester, SY 2024 – 2025)
  • Original copy of Accomplished Application Form signed by both Iskolar and Parent/Guardian
  • Original copy of Certification / Pagpapatunay with Claim Code

1st Semester 2025 - 2026:

  • Original/Certified True Copy of Registration Form (1st Semester/1st Term, SY 2025 - 2026)
  • Original/ Certified True Copy of Grades (2nd Term / 2nd Semester, SY 2024 – 2025)
  • Original Copy of Accomplished Application Form signed by both Iskolar and Parent/Guardian
  • Original copy of Certification / Pagpapatunay with Claim Code
